how much notice is required when placing an order?
ideally as much notice as possibly to avoid disappointment for your required date but a minimum of 4 weeks is sufficient.
don't be afraid to ask us about placing an order within this time, as we may be able to squeeze you in. Unless the date has been marked as fully booked or it is too late notice
how do I place or cancel an order?
all orders are through the order form or online shop options
cancellations via email, 50% non-refundable deposit (date changes are allowed within reasonable notice)
when is payment required?
50% non-refundable deposit is due within 10 days of receiving your invoice, no dates are held unless deposit is paid
payment no later than one month before for larger orders and weddings
all orders which have been 'squeezed' in require full payment upfront.
what payment method is accepted?
all payments are via direct deposit. bank details will be given in final invoice
do you deliver or allow for pickup?
delivery service is available as well as pick ups.
delivery within 10km of Adelaide CBD is a flat fee of $40 + gst, outisde of 10km a surcharge of $1/km + gst will be charged for every extra km.
areas outside of 20km of Adelaide CBD will incur return drive fees
set up charge for desert tables or if cakes needs to be assembled on site will depend on the set up.

how do i store and transport my cake/desserts?
all cakes and desserts come boxed.
all cakes and desserts should be placed flat on the floor of the car or in an suv type boot (so the cake can be slid in) and with the air-conditioning on high
can you make gluten free, vegan and nut free options?
vegan and nut free options are available on certain flavours but please note we process all of our products on the same machinery.
we wash down all or our equipment prior to baking but please note there may be trace nuts and dairy.
